A Walk along the Regent's Canal London
The Regent's Canal London runs from Limehouse Basin in the East of the City
for 9 miles to Paddington Basin in the West, were it links to the Grand Union Canal. Scroll back a century or so and all travelled by water across the UK. You can travel by water from the coastal South of England to the very top of Scotland. Now the canals team with life boats for living, pubs, cafes, cyclists, joggers, wildlife including birds.
